COGITE’s team is proud and eager to start this new mission in Uzbekistan for KfW (Bank aus Verantwortung) together with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Uzsuvtaminot.

The Programmes are directed towards medium-sized cities to support them in the planning and implementation of investments in rehabilitation, optimization and extension of water supply systems and – selectively – waste water collection and treatment systems, including sludge management.

COGITE is in charge of the followings:

• Preparation of the draft list of investments in rehabilitation, optimization and extension of water supply and sewerage systems
• Proposal for different options to make the programme financially feasible
• Elaboration of specific technical and institutional components which can be used for the Terms of Reference for consulting services
